We offer a quality product, but at the end of the day, we want you to be happy with your purchase! Is there anything worse than paying for something that you won't use? We get it!

We'll accept any unused and undamaged vent back for a full refund for any reason. Sometimes the scope of the project changes or the inspector says you need to terminate your venting out of your roof instead of the sidewall as you had planned. Sometimes you have a change of heart and that's fine. Send it back and we'll refund you.

Please email first for return instructions. We need to know what is coming back and you need to know where to send it. Email: [email protected]
Please package the vent carefully for the return trip. Shipping companies are notoriously hard on packages, especially metal items in large boxes. Package with care and try to duplicate the packaging that you saw when receiving the vent. We'd like to get it back free of dents and dings if possible.
Let us know the reason for the return so that we can pay attention and improve if necessary.
